In a word, dreadful. Blockbuster was the first service I signed up with and so was pleased to be receiving any disks at all, not realising how crap they were compared to their rivals. My wish list was huge at one point, yet I was being left without any disks at home, and found it impossible to receive new releases (I suspect pay-per-rental customers were being given some serious priority over subscribers.) In their favour, they did offer a seven day period to return any disks after I had cancelled my account with them.
