LoveFilm is one of the services I choose to stick with after my free trial ended. They have an excellent range of titles, are fast in processing the disks (sent or received) though I have noticed disks that I wanted being (presumably) out of stock over the past couple of weeks, possibly due to over subscription?

I found Lovefilm disgraceful. DVD's came to me reguarly scratched and sometimes, not at all. For a while I didn't have access to the internet, and tried emailing them to suspend my account. They didn't and when I got the internet back, there was a flood of emails saying that I had an outstanding payment. I wasn't even using the service!. They passed it on to a debt collecting agency, and as they charge you a month before you do actually use the service, they refused to give me a refund.
I found that the rentals I did get successfully weren't the ones that I really wanted. This is a lousy service, faulted by automated emails and blatant disregard of customer service.

Overall a good service. Top titles were received without much delay. A couple of faulty discs, 1 went missing and 1 incorrect film in sleeve, but replacements received in 24 hours. Cancelled as I wasn't really using the service much and tried another freebie instead.
